Last Updated: 24th October 2025
Welcome to Hyperexcision — an educational platform designed by medical students for medical students. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hyperexcision website, services, and any content made available through it (“Hyperexcision Content”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
1. Membership and Subscription
1.1 Membership
Your Hyperexcision membership will continue until cancelled. To access subscription-based content, you must have Internet access and provide one or more valid Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which may include payment through a third-party account such as Paystack or another authorized provider.
Unless you cancel before your next billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee to your selected Payment Method.
1.2 Membership Plans
We may offer several membership plans or promotional offers. Each plan may have different conditions, limitations, or benefits. These will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or within your account settings. Some memberships may be offered through third parties; we are not responsible for third-party products or services.
1.3 Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer special promotional or introductory subscriptions. Eligibility will be determined solely by Hyperexcision and may be revoked at our discretion.
2. Billing and Cancellation
2.1 Billing Cycle
Your membership fee and any other charges related to your use of Hyperexcision services will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date indicated in your account settings. The billing cycle depends on your subscription plan.
If your payment fails to process, we may suspend access until payment is successfully received.
2.2 Payment Methods
You must provide one or more valid Payment Methods to use the subscription service. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary method fails. You are responsible for all uncollected amounts. Your payment provider may charge additional transaction or foreign fees.
2.3 Updating Payment Methods
You can update your Payment Methods at any time in your Account Settings. If your payment provider updates your card information automatically, you authorise us to continue billing the updated method.
2.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Hyperexcision membership at any time. You will continue to have access to subscription content until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
To cancel, go to Account → Manage Subscription, and follow the cancellation instructions. If you subscribed via a third-party platform, cancellation must be done through that provider.
2.5 Changes to Price or Plans
We may adjust our subscription pricing or features occasionally. Any price change will take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice has been given to you.
3. Use of Hyperexcision Services
