- Acute bronchitis ***Similar to sinusitis
- Streptococcus pneumoniae (40%)
- Haemophilus influenzae (30%)
- Moraxella catarrhalis (20%)
- Others (10%)
- Pulmonary abscess
- Anaerobes +/- aerobes
- Pneumonia
- Streptococcus pneumonia (#1 Main Causative Organism)
- Viruses
- Mycoplasma pneumonia (Common in teenagers)
- Chlamydia pneumonia
- Hemohilius influenzae
- Moraxella cattarhalis
- Legionella pneumophila
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Pneumocystic jiroveci (HIV AIDS pts)
- Coxiella burnetti (Exposed to sheep placenta)
- Klebsiella pneumoniae (Alcoholics)
- Francisella tularensis (Exposure to rabbits)
