These terms govern your participation in the Hyperexcision affiliate programme. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
The programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Hyperexcision reserves the right to approve or decline any application without providing a reason.
2. Commissions
You earn a 20% commission on the net sale price of any Scholar plan purchased by a user who arrives at our site through your unique referral link. Commissions are not earned on the free Explorer plan.
Commissions are confirmed after the 7-day refund window has passed. Commissions on refunded or disputed orders will be reversed.
3. Cookie Duration
Your referral link tracks visitors for 60 days from the date of their first click. If a visitor purchases within that window, the commission is yours.
4. Payment
Payouts are made monthly via your preferred payment method on or before the 5th of the following month. A minimum balance of KES 1,000 must be reached before a payout is processed. Balances below this threshold carry forward to the next month.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Hyperexcision is not liable for payments sent to incorrect details you have provided.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use paid advertising that includes our brand name (e.g. “Hyperexcision” in Google Ads)
- Make false or misleading claims about our products
- Self-refer: purchasing through your own affiliate link is not permitted and will result in account termination
- Spam individuals who have not consented to receive your messages
- Offer cash or personal incentives to people in exchange for clicking your link
6. Termination
Hyperexcision may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms or for fraudulent activity. Any pending commissions from fraudulent referrals will be forfeited.
7. Relationship
You are an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, or partner of Hyperexcision. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions earned.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
